Firstly, Happy New year to you all, although, by the time you read this, we shall be well into 2009 !!!!
We're looking forward to another busy fund-raising year for LOROS, not only from your stamp donations etc, but also from the various events at the Hospice itself.. . . . details of which can be obtained from the Fund Raising Team at the Hospice.
The new extension should, we hope, be completed by September, and is already taking shape.
Our first Fair of the year in Newbold is on March 8th and we are joining Hinckley & District Philatelic Soc at a Stamp Fair on March 28th at St Peter's Church Hall, in Bosworth.
The format of our stamps will change in February. . . . more to collect !!!!. . . and also, I think that the printed labels from Post Offices on larger items will also become collectible so, please, let's have them for LOROS too !!!
